The Process
Initial Consultation
We will meet with you via your preferred communications medium to discuss the in's and out's of your particular project. Since everyone's business is different and unique, this conversation may take up to one hour. Our team will notate every aspect of your desired design and development for your site and brainstorm ideas as a team.
Template Draft
The Saintlify team assigned to your project will utilize the information you have given us to draft a templated design that we think will match your specifications and be what you are looking for. Don't worry, we don't always get it right the first time. In these instances, we will reach out once more to keep you in the loop as well as to schedule a 'version 1' meeting where the template is discussed and improved upon.
Final Template & Optimization
Any subsequent changes to the design and/or development functionalities will be relayed to you immediately so that we are all on the same sheet of music! We want you to be involved as you want to be, or as hands-off as you want to be. This phase in the process usually sees two iterations of the final draft but could be subject to further alterations. This will be the site that is pushed to production, so we want to make it perfect.
Live Production
The final step! This stage in the process is the point where our hard work through your guidance is shown off. We will push your site live through whichever development/hosting platform of your choosing, and discuss the benefits of our subscription services for continuous development, integration, host management, and future-proofing your site to ensure it remains relevant and easily accessed by your customers.
